Barbara E. Scramstad and Maureen M. Bryan have been associated in legal practice since 1991, prior to finishing their respective legal educations and their admission to the bar. They formed their partnership, SCRAMSTAD & BRYAN, and began practice together in 1996. The firm relocated from its original Concord location to the new Martinez office, in July 2007.
